"Our tour guide, Fabian, was very kind, helpful and answered all of our questions. He made us feel the polish hospitality through his historical descriptions of the places we were about to visit. We also tasted traditional-made cheese and learnt the proper polish way to drink the first shot of vodka. Also our driver, Luke, drove very carefully during our trip. Nothing but the best experience!"
"We did the Zakopane and hot springs tour. Really enjoyable. It's quite a distance out of Krakow, but we stopped half way on the way there (about an hour in) then about 45 mins later, we stopped for local cheese tasting and vodka shots. From there was about 30 mins to Zakopane where we were given our tickets for the Vehicular railway up to the top. It was a bit cloudy but a great view. We had 2 hours to explore and sort out some lunch. From there about another 30 mins to the spa for the hot springs - here we had 2.5 hours to explore the springs and relax in the water. This was lovely and it even snowed whilst we were outside. Well worth a visit. The tour guide was also good at explaining how everything worked. Thoroughly recommended tour.
"We went with our guide Haroune who was exceptional. He communicated with us via WhatsApp before the trip ensuring we were clear about pick up details. We left at 7.45 and headed for Zakopane, the journey was informative with beautiful sights and stops en route. Haroune kept us informed all the way and at times entertained with his quirky sense of humour. The stop to view the wooden houses and enjoy some vodka and baked cheese was breathtaking - even more so in Zakopane - we were sunbathing with a beer and food while overlooking the breathtaking snow capped mountains. A wonderful day and a great ending in the thermal baths - thank you so much Haroune, such a pleasant guy with a breadth of knowledge. From Karen and Jennifer.
"From start of booking to finish being dropped off, this trip was an amazing experience. Niko our tour guide got in touch through WhatsApp with all the info needed. He was very informative and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble. The driver was amazing too - smooth drive there and back. Would definitely book this experience again. Great value for money. Thank you - Sarah & Phoebe."
Yes - hotel pickup is included with every tour. Our driver will contact you the day before the tour (around 8 PM) to confirm the exact pickup time, which is typically between 7:30 and 9:00 AM. Your pickup point may vary slightly due to pedestrian zones and parking in central Krakow, but your driver will arrange a convenient spot with you directly.
The main difference is the inclusions. The Thermal Baths tour is the most complete - it includes the funicular, Chochołów village, cheese tasting, and 3 hours at the hot pools. The Funicular tour includes the cable car ride and regional tasting but no thermal baths. The Cheese Tasting tour is the most relaxed option - Krupówki at your own pace and a cheese and vodka tasting in a traditional mountain hut.
